Return & Refund Policy – Parnell Collections
At Parnell Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We
follow the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), which gives you rights if goods are
faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
1. Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act
- If a product you buy from us is faulty, unsafe, does not do what it is meant to, or does not
match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- We will work with you to find the best solution, in line with the CGA.
2. Change of Mind Purchases
- Please choose carefully, as we do not have to give a refund or exchange if you change
your mind.
- However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of
purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of
purchase.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A receipt, bank statement, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns and
refunds.
4. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or refunds on the following (unless faulty under the CGA):
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, honey, health supplements).
- Personal items such as skincare, cosmetics, or health products once opened.
- Sale or clearance items where the fault was clearly identified before purchase.
5. Process for Returns
- Please contact us in store or by email/phone to discuss your return.
- We will inspect the item and advise whether a repair, replacement, or refund applies.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
